I'm about 90% sure that the Letchworth Town Centre Partnership will give us the green light to cover the best of the event, we are waiting for confirmation of this.
We have had delivery of the promotional T-shirts that we will be wearing at the event, although one of them had a couple of stains on it, which I think was ink.
Vistaprint have sent a replacement, I'm praying it will arrive on time.
We are still waiting for the business cards to arrive, for handing out at the festival, Moo.com have promised me, that they are doing all they can, to get them here on time.
So as you can tell, there is a huge waiting game going on, at the moment.
The official programme for the Festival has now been released, so take a look & see what is going on during the event & if you are in the area on Saturday, look out for us, "you might even make it into a future Garbage POD episode"
I love board games & I have retrieved one of my favourite games, as a kid, from my parents house & made the above video on my personal YouTube account about it.
I had forgotten all about it & the fact that I had mentioned in the video that I had made an mp3 of the accompanying Cassette.
That was until Earlier this week, when The Garbage POD was contacted by somebody via Twitter, asking, if I could send them a copy of the mp3.
I was intrigued to know how they had found their way to The Garbage POD on the quest for the mp3, as there is no mention of The Garbage POD on my personal YouTube account .
They explained that YouTube would not let them contact me & so they scanned the QR code, that I use as my profile picture, to see where that would lead them.
The QR code is a link to The Garbage POD website & from there, they used the Twitter icon at the top of the page to contact us.
Well, it all goes to prove that the system works, doesn't it?
