Does anybody in The U.K. remember Hemglass Icecream, in the late 80's - early 90's
Howard Park and Gardens was created as a central part of the world’s first garden city in Letchworth. Over a hundred years since its creation the park continues to play an important role in the life of Letchworth and makes a significant contribution to the quality of life of those who live and work in or visit the town.
Restoration The £2.7 million project to restore the Park and Gardens was able to go ahead thanks to an award of £1.84 million from the Heritage Lottery Fund and Big Lottery Fund through the 'Parks for People' scheme, and an investment by North Hertfordshire District Council. The restoration of Howard Park and Gardens has restored many important facilities and provided many new features. It's Sunday the 8th of July at 11:18am (Day 51 of The Olympic Torch Relay). The heavens decided to open on us all morning, but that did not dampen the Olympic spirit of the residents of The Garden City, who lined the streets in their thousands & gave this historic day a carnival feeling. This is my take on the events. I hope you enjoy!
It's a normal Saturday In Aylesbury, the county town of Buckinghamshire, when a group of people start an impromptu rendition of the "Shufflin" dance moves to LMFAO's Party Rock Anthem.
